About me
My name is Sevan Dalzell and I'm a final-year BE(Hons) Mechatronics Engineering student at the University of Auckland, finishing up papers in robotics & intelligent systems, industrial automation, and control. I'm passionate for projects where engineering disciplines integrate together. This mindset is the backbone of my creative hobbies, like photography, an intersection of mechanical, electrical, and software engineering with art and design.
This year I have the privilege of being Video Co-Director for The Engineering Revue, as well as a marketing executive for Rainbow Engineering. One of my biggest takeaways from studying engineering so far is that community is absolutely fundamental to good engineering, the best ideas emerge when people with different perspectives support, challenge, and learn from one another.
